Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit (2010) adalah salah satu seri dari franchise game balap populer Need for Speed keluaran Electronic Arts. Sebenarnya judul ini sudah pernah dipakai pada seri sebelumnya, yaitu di tahun 1998 (NFS: Hot Pursuit) dan 2002 (NFS: Hot Pursuit 2). Mungkin EA memilih judul yang sama karena konsep game ini agak berbeda dari seri NFS biasanya, dan lebih terinspirasi oleh NFS original, yang waktu itu masih eksklusif untuk console 3DO.

EA sendiri hanya bertindak sebagai publisher untuk game ini, sedangkan pengerjaannya dilakukan oleh Criterion Games, yang sebelumnya sukses menghasilkan game balap Burnout Paradise. Karenanya wajar saja kalau seri NFS Hot Pursuit ini agak berbeda dari game-game NFS terdahulu, dan lebih mirip Burnout Paradise.
